I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ihtiman, and I must say it exceeded my already high expectations in every respect. Upon entering my room, I was delighted to find a spacious, well-heated environment with a sumptuous carpeted floor that provided warmth and comfort after months spent cycling through the chilly terrains of Eastern Europe. The flat-screen TV allowed me to unwind in the evenings, while the thoughtful addition of free toiletries made my stay feel truly special. The staff's exceptional friendliness, particularly at reception, made a significant impact on my experience, and I left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for such a welcoming retreat.
